A landscape consultation is an opportunity to discuss your landscape goals and budget to help convert your ideas into a landscape bid or beautiful design. We'll spend 30 minutes with you on a maintenance consultation and 1 hour with you for a $95 landscape consultation. We always aim to keep our consultations informative and extremely thorough. We offer a free 15 minute consultation before booking an in person consultation. If you're looking to talk about a landscape maintenance program, our consultation is $25. For consultations on cleanups or to consult for a landscape design, the charge is $95. On a case by case basis a design may not be necessary. The consultation charge helps cover for our overhead costs on time and gas for the site time and bid time.Each consultation will come with a rough estimate within your price range. If project is outside of a window of a $95 bid, a design may be necessary. In order to keep our bid fees low, time is of importance when planning or communicating about your project. If you are scheduling a bid-only $95 consultation, we will be desiging from your budget exclusively - which is the most efficient and time concious approach.If you need guidance on budgeting, please see our FAQ about budgets.

Unfortunately, a designer can not answer a "just tell me what a landscape cost" question. It's vast and all over the place based on selections. This is a design heavy company, so we work around a budget to get it right the first time and try and meet your goals. It's the efficient way to complete this process and allow us to keep our costs lower for all customers, saving them time and money. We are only able to help you with the process of budget creation in a design capacity due to the extra planning and consulting. We will need to break down different options in order to develop this with you, but we happily offer this service. Our design process is involved and thorough - you'll feel informed with transparent communication. If you feel intimidated by costs or getting started, we're happy to discuss with you how to lower some of the costs of your project or phase it out. You are not rushed with us to do more than you're ready for. We'll be here to work with you long term!

In short, it depends on complexity and time. The size of the project doesn't necessarily reflect the measuring time, consulting hours, or actual design hours. Typically, smaller designs (depending on complexity) will take 2-5 hours from initial consultation to booking, depending on consulting and amount of changes. Some large or complex designs can be 20+ hours of measurements, design time, and consulting hours for changes, and multiple site visits. We DO NOT use AI for our designs. We construct and consult using real human design and knowledge, backed by years of experience. A lot of time and passion goes into our designs and we're excited to share them with our homeowners. Some companies cut their costs by using AI images, but we're here to bring you that personal touch.

Every job is a different amount of time, effort, materials, and logistics. We are unable to answer this without a consultation and can not do bids over the phone.

There is no official warranty on the plants. We will work with clients on a case by case basis depending on several factors, including: ongoing relationship, irrigation, disease, watering issues, etc. And while we understand some nurseries might have warranties for homeowners, nurseries do not warranty plants for landscapers.

We are a chemical free company and only pull and remove weeds by hand. All of our soils and fertilizes are organic and safe to use.
